Due to the sustainable nature of our items, returns are normally not permitted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
